关于餐车
大西洋未来食品有限公司旗下现有直营中式餐车5台，并将在未来的2个月之内迅速拓展至8台，现月营业额正式同比15%稳定增长。其运营模式是以中央厨房为中心，散点分布模式分布于洛杉矶各高校校园商圈， 现有餐车分别设立于南加大，加州大学洛杉矶分校，圣莫妮卡社区学院，风靡当地学生圈以及社交媒体。

大师兄餐车坚持“XXXX”的品牌定位，在传统的中式美食基础上加以改良和创造，既保留了中华美食的精髓，有迎合了美国饮食的口味，受到众多华人和热爱中华美食的当地人的喜爱。随着直营餐车的增加，大师兄将为更多关注健康、热爱中华美食的人提供持续稳定的高品质食品和美好的用餐体验。

大师兄餐车有完整的食品加工以及配送体系。以后勤生产标准化、烹制设备标准化、餐厅操作标准化，在品质、服务、清洁三个方面，致力于实现中式快餐标准化。严格监控食品进货，加工，配送三大环节，确保食品安全，卫生，美味三大品质。
The Company
Book Brothers food truck is a Chinese fast food mobile restaurant brand under Atlantic Sunrise Inc. Since its launch in August 2015, it has soon become representative of Chinese fast food culture, and adds a Chinese flavor to Los Angeles’s famous cross-cultural inclusiveness.
The Food Truck
Currently, our 8 food trucks are anchoring primarily near LA campuses and business districts of the county, sweeping the circle of local students and social media.
The Gourmet
Sustaining the essential elements of traditional Chinese cuisine, our chefs strive to cater to the local dietary habits and preference, while guaranteeing the freshness and health of the final products. We aim to provide a unique experience of consuming Chinese fast food on the street side.
The Kitchen
We take pride in our integrated food processing and distribution system, which guarantees the freshness of our ingredients, efficient delivery service, and tastiness of our final products.
Apart from food trucks, Book Brothers also features catering service, accepts group reservations, and provides vehicle advertising opportunities.
